Three Years of Trust and Growth

𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡. 3 years ago, I made the decision to start my own company, G Communication Consulting, stepping out on my own as a marketing and communication consultant. It has been both a challenging and rewarding path, driven by the goal of creating something purposeful and rooted in my values.

From the very beginning, I wanted my work to be guided by principles that are important to me. When collaborating with the designer on my logo, she asked which values I wanted it to reflect. My answer was: 𝑎𝑢𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑐𝑖𝑡𝑦, 𝑒𝑚𝑝𝑎𝑡ℎ𝑦, 𝑡𝑜𝑔𝑒𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑠, 𝑝𝑢𝑟𝑝𝑜𝑠𝑒, 𝑡𝑟𝑢𝑠𝑡, and 𝑐𝑢𝑟𝑖𝑜𝑠𝑖𝑡𝑦. These became the cornerstones of that creative brief, just as they remain the foundation of everything I do.

• 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 guides me to remain true to myself in every interaction, fostering genuine connections.
• 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐲 allows me to listen, understand, and respond to the unique needs of each client, shaping solutions that resonate.
• 𝐓𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 reminds me that collaboration is essential; success is best achieved when working alongside clients toward common goals.
• 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 ensures each project I take on has clear intent and lasting impact, aligning strategy with valuable results.
• 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 forms the foundation of all my professional relationships and is something I work to earn through every engagement.
• (𝐄𝐩𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜) 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 drives me to stay open, learn continuously, and explore new ideas to provide innovative solutions for my clients.

And then there is my tagline, “𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐚 𝐬𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫” ("the words will follow"). This phrase has been a constant reminder throughout my work and my journey. To me, it means that when your foundation is strong, your actions are guided by values, and you approach each interaction with openness and intent, the right words will naturally follow. It sums up my philosophy of communication and connection.

Over the past three years, these values and guiding principles have helped me adapt to a rapidly changing world, face new challenges, and stay focused on delivering positive outcomes.

I cannot know what the future holds, but one thing is certain:
